On the 8th of September the discussion of the problem of Professional Standards of IT specialists was held at the Department of Computer Control Systems of Vinnytsia National Technical University.
An the meeting with top executives of IT companies in Vinnytsia there was the discussion regarding to the competencies of Master in “Information Systems”.
August 5, 2016 held a meeting concerning the discussion of competence of graduates of the master program “Information systems” to be established by European project ERASMUS + MASTIS « Establishing Modern Master-level Studies in Information Systems 561592-EPP-1-2015-1- FR-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP».
From 7 to 9 June 2016 the first LUISS MASTIS project workshop was held that involved the participation of the LUISS Business School as a key role among the European partners. MASTIS project is funded by the European Union within the framework of Capacity-Building actions of the Erasmus programme + that has the aim to create new paths of master information systems at the University of Ukraine and Montenegro. The workshop is part of the activities of the first work package of the project and is focused on the identification of existing educational pathways and approaches adopted for training on the information systems in the different countries represented in the project.
5.06.2017 At meeting of the Department of Computer Control Systems of Vinnytsia national technical university the assistant Professor Oleh Kovaxlyuk analyzed the online courses in Information Systems according international MASTIS project.
16.05.2016 At the Department of Computer Control Systems of Vinnytsia National Technical University the training of MASTIS project was held.
12.05.2016 There was the meeting of members of the project team MASTIS of Kherson State University and managers and employees of Kherson Branch of International IT Company DataArt. The purpose of meeting was discussion of labor market requirements for modern IT specialist. On the meeting the possibilities for further cooperation of University and IT company to create a modern master’s curriculum “Information Systems”.
The seminar, devoted to the problem of correlation of requirements to general and professional competences of information systems specialists was held at the Department of Computer Control Systems of Vinnytsia national technical university on April 28.
The meeting of the project teams of the Ukrainian universities – the members of the Consortium of the project MASTIS took place on April 12, 2016 at S. Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics.
In March 2016, the members of MASTIS project team of University Mediterranean organized series of meeting with alumni of Faculty of Information Technologies in order to hear their experiences, ideas, beliefs, attitudes etc.
