December 10, 2015 in Kharkiv National University of Economics hosted the first regional forum capabilities. The forum was devoted to the presentation of opportunities for international cooperation in the field of education, educational projects and programs from international donors.
The forum had Kharkiv Regional State Administration, KhNUE them. S. Kuznets and National Erasmus + Office in Ukraine. Attendees included 27 higher educational institutions of Kharkiv and Poltava, NGOs, international organizations, donor centers and academic exchange.
Opened the forum Deputy Head of Kharkiv Regional State Administration Svetlichnaya Julia, who welcomed the participants. “This forum will help us find new ways to implement the huge academic potential, which has always prided Kharkiv. Science can not develop in isolation. That is why this forum – a forum of opportunity “- Yulia Svetlichnaya. The rector KNEU them. S. Kuznets Vladimir Ponomarenko said that a consortium of universities working in Kharkiv, Kharkiv brings together ZVO efforts for successful participation in international programs. In the forum was also attended by Consul General of Poland in Kharkiv Jan Zdanovskyy, noting that the development path which goes Ukraine is very similar to Polish and Polish side expressed readiness to share experience in the educational field.
The project MASTIS «Creating a modern master’s degree program in Information Systems”, financed by the EU Erasmus +, was presented to teachers Slobozhansky regional projects at the exhibition, held at the forum. Kuznets forum visitors can read the implemented and current international grant projects, which involved KhNUE to exchange experiences on projects and discuss areas of cooperation. Overall the exhibition was presented more than 40 projects underway at universities in Kharkiv.
The Forum at University of Economics, other than exhibition held educational sessions on specific programs of international cooperation in education, which was attended by more than 300 students.
