On February 19, 2018, at LPNU, a meeting with Christian Danielsson, Director General for Enlargement at the European Commission in Brussels, Peter M. Wagner, Head of Support Group for Ukrainian and Berend de Groot, Head of Cooperation of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine was held. Within the meeting, the Rector of LPNU, professor Yuriy Bobalo presented University projects funded by the European Commission. Among others, the ERASMUS+ KA2 Capacity Building project “Establishing modern master studies in the information system” (MASTIS) was presented as one of the most productive in terms of development and implementation at LPNU. Also, Christian Danielsson promised his full support for the implementation of Erasmus+ projects.

The meeting was attended by more than 35 people, which include representatives of educational institutions and innovative companies from Ukraine, Germany, France and Poland.

The duration of the visit was much longer than was planned due to the Christian Danielsson’s interest in LPNU international activity.

LPNU international project outcomes, including those received as the result of MASTIS project, were positively evaluated by the Director-General for Enlargement at the European Commission in Brussels.
